Physical Education Building
The Folsom campus is very proud to open the doors on a brand-new, state-of-the-art Physical Education (PE) building this Spring - the first-ever permanent PE facilities on the campus.
The building has a variety of exciting features, including:
• Cutting-edge workout equipment
• A beautiful dance studio
• Locker rooms and showers
• Aerobics and health science classrooms
• Much more

Regional Visual and Performing Arts Center
Construction is underway on the Folsom Lake College Regional Visual and Performing Arts Center!
Folsom Lake College is committed to nurturing the next generation of performing artists; to open up a world of culture to children and families; and to present the best in live performances from diverse traditions and disciplines. Artistic excellence, quality education and public accessibility are fundamental to the vision of the Center.
The Center will be a beacon in the region offering 80,000 square feet of state-of-the-art educational and entertainment space including an 800 seat main theatre, the 200 seat City Studio, a 100 seat recital hall, the Bank of America art gallery, rehearsal spaces, practice rooms and art lab space. The Center will deliver a full spectrum of educational services designed to instruct, develop and guide talented and interested students; actors, musicians, vocalists, dancers, artists and behind the curtain technicians. Additionally, the Center will provide the region, including K-12 schools throughout the area, with a prestigious venue in which to experience arts and culture on local, national and international levels. Performances by students and regional arts organizations along with professional touring companies will provide over 400 performances in the center, annually. Grand Opening events are scheduled for late 2010!
