Student Government

Mission Statement: To improve the quality of life for students by effecting change in regard to policy and campus development and by overseeing student activities, both social and academic.

The Associated Student Government at Folsom Lake College is committed to having our students' voices heard on campus. We also work to create a unique and inviting college atmosphere. ASG facilitates opportunities for students to socialize, hear local bands, join clubs, volunteer, and much more.

The Associated Student Government represents the interests and welfare of students through its elected officials and representatives. ASG has, as its purposes, the encouragement of student participation in college affairs and the promotion of understanding among students, faculty, and administration. The student forum advises college administration on student issues, recommends students to serve on student-faculty committees, and administers programs and services consistent with the privileges granted in its constitution.

Feel free to contact the Associated Student Government about any issues or thoughts you may have concerning Folsom Lake College or any ideas for future events. We look forward to working with students, faculty, and administrators in our continued efforts. You can email us at: stdgov@flc.losrios.edu or call us at: (916) 608-6591
