Career Options & Highlights

Folsom Lake College’s Business Technology program is designed to provide skills needed for and exciting career in office administration. Many opportunities are available that can lead to immediate employment and career advancement.

Currently, at Folsom Lake College you can pursue a(n):

  • Associate in Arts Degree in Business, Administrative Assistant (45-49 units required)
  • Certificate of Recognition, Business, Office Assistant (12-14 units required)
  • Certificate of Achievement in Business, Office Technician (15-19 units required)

Students may register for the Business Technology classes in the Spring or Fall for either the 1st or 2nd eight weeks. Summer classes are offered during the 1st 6 weeks. Students register at the Admissions Office or online, if a permission number is needed to register you will need to contact the instructor.
