Art History

The Visual Arts Department offers diverse art history classes ranging from introductory level to specific topics in western and non-western art.

Art History courses cover diverse cultures, their works of art, artists' contributions, and the relationship between the visual arts and culture. Studio art courses cover the use of diverse media and techniques in two and three dimensional arts, individual expression and creativity, and the critique of artworks.
