Tutoring

Folsom Lake College is committed to supporting student success by providing free, drop-in tutoring at both the Folsom main and El Dorado Center campuses. All arranged tutoring takes place on campus; no off-campus tutoring will be arranged.

Folsom Main Campus
At the Folsom main campus, tutoring is available in the Tutoring Center (located in room FL2-238), the Reading, Writing, and Math Center (located in FL2-239), and the Library/Computer Lab in the FL1 building. Click here for schedule

El Dorado Center
The English Center at the El Dorado Center (located in room C-213) provides drop-in tutoring services to students who need assistance with any reading or writing assignment in any course. The Tutoring Center (located in room C-204) will provide assistance with content area questions. Click here for schedule

Rancho Cordova Center
The Rancho Cordova Center provides limited tutoring in English as a Second Language (ESL). Click here for schedule

Tutor Positions
Folsom Lake College offers paid tutor positions to current students. Interested students must be enrolled in six units or more and are paid $7.00 per hour. If you interested in becoming a tutor, please call 916-608-6547.
