The Falcon's Eye Theatre at Folsom Lake College is proud to announce the opening of its fourth season of plays with Mark Brown's imaginative interpretation of the Jules Verne classic, Around the World in 80 Days.
Around the World in 80 Days follows fearless adventurer Phileas Fogg and his faithful manservant Passepartout as they race to beat the clock in this production. Fogg has agreed to an outrageous wager that puts his fortune and his life at risk: circling the globe in an unheard-of 80 days. But their every step is dogged by a detective who thinks Fogg's a robber on the run.
Around the World in 80 Days opens on Friday, Nov. 5, and will continue through Sunday, Nov. 21. Here is performance time and price information:
• Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm; $15 general admission, $10 students and seniors
• Sunday afternoons at 2pm; $15 general admission, $10 students and seniors.
• There are special student night performances on Saturday, Nov. 13 at 2pm and Thursday, Nov. 18 at 8pm. Tickets are $5 FOR THESE PERFORMANCES ONLY.
• There is no performance on Saturday, Nov. 6.
At this time, the Falcon's Eye can only accept payment by cash or check. We cannot accept payment by credit or ATM card. The Falcon's Eye box office can accept reservations at any time at 916-608-6800.
Around the World in 80 Days will be performed at Oak Hills Church, 1100 Blue Ravine Road, in Folsom.
