Community Observatory Invites You

FLC PISO
May 19, 2011

Explore the Sky!

Explore the Sky!

The Cameron Park Rotary Community Observatory is your window to the night sky! See the stars through the 14-inch reflecting telescopes on a clear dark night. Follow planets or the moon as they travel across the sky. Bring the whole family for an unforgettable experience in the foothills of El Dorado County.

The observatory is located behind the college's El Dorado Center in Placerville (6699 Campus Drive). For more details on the observatory and an updated schedule of events, click here.

The Cameron Park Rotary Community Observatory is a gift to the community from the Cameron Park Rotary Club. Observatory activities are presented free of charge to the public by the Rotary, Folsom Lake College's El Dorado Center, and the El Dorado County Office of Education.
