Folsom Lake College's Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS) proudly hosts the 10th Annual Los Rios Disability Awareness Art Week, November 6-9, 2017. This week-long exhibit of artwork is produced by students with disabilities from all Los Rios colleges.

The digital presentation will highlight students' artistic achievements. It will feature painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, and digital art media. The art week promotes the students' self-esteem, pride in their talents, and fosters an awareness of the creative achievements of students with physical, psychological, and learning disabilities.

A Community Reception will be held at the Main Folsom campus in the Peregrine Room (Falcon's Roost FR-240) on Thursday, November 9 from 5:00-7:30 p.m. to recognize the students' talents and showcase their artwork. This event is open to the public. $750 in scholarship stipends will be awarded during the reception. Admission to the Community Reception is free (a daily parking pass can be purchased for $2). A map to the campus can be found here.
