Please join us for our 3rd Annual Earth Week Festival, April 20-24. This weeklong series of FREE events is open to the public and celebrates Earth Day with a variety of activities at both our main campus (10 College Parkway in Folsom) and our El Dorado Center campus (6699 Campus Drive in Placerville).
Events at one or both campuses include: an Outdoor Fair with Earth friendly food, arts and crafts, music, free stuff and games, along with information on how to reduce your impact on our planet and go green; special events like the Pass to Class bike ride, the Career Exploration and Volunteer Fair and Green jobs panel and workshop, Bike to School Day T-shirt Give-Away, Bike Fair, E-Waste drop off, a Friday Afternoon Concert, and Movies til Midnight; and invited speakers and faculty presenting environmental science, related social issues and solutions through various films, presentations, panel discussions and workshops; and finally several art and literary events that explore our connection to the Earth, and the ability of nature to inspire us to our highest ideals.
