ACADEMIC CALENDAR AND DEADLINE CALENDAR

** Other Term classes are those that are not held during a regular term session.  They are typically short term classes that may meet only one day or a few weeks.  Deadline dates are calculated based on mandated formulas directed by the State of California and the Education Code (Title 5).  For example, the refund deadline is at the 10% mark of the class; the drop for W deadline is the 75% mark of the class. 

Please call the Admissions & Records office at 916-608-6500 if you have questions about Other Term classes.  Please be aware that the deadline to add an Other Term class via eServices is the first day of the class.  Any enrollment after the first day must occur in person at the Admissions & Records office.
