Ticket Ordering


Eligible students who sign up to participate in the Commencement Ceremony by the deadline of APRIL 30, 2014, will be contacted by the Harris Center for the Arts Ticket Office for ticket ordering.

There will be two windows for ticket ordering:

Window 1 May 5 - 9: Initial Ticket Orders for Stage One
(to be picked up at Ticket Office)

Window 2 May 14 - 20: Release of extra Stage One and overflow seating tickets

Guest Tickets:
Graduating student can order UP TO FOUR (4) GUEST tickets and can also put name on waiting list for up to TWO (2) additional GUEST tickets.
All attendees including children of any age will need a ticket in order to enter the Harris Center for the Arts.

Graduates can request up to FOUR guest tickets.
If you will be using less than FOUR guest tickets, please notify the Ticket Office upon initial order of tickets. They can be used as extra tickets for your fellow graduates who need additional tickets.

Eligible students who signed up by the April 30 deadline will be emailed by the Harris Center Ticket Office when their tickets can be ordered and picked up.  There is no cost associated with the tickets. Although tickets are required, there is no reserved seating - seating will be on a first-come basis. Students who miss the April 30 deadline or the Phase 2 window can make requests for consideration of tickets for the ceremony through the Ticket Office only. Please do not call the Admissions & Records Office with inquiries about additional tickets, as we will follow the process set forth above. Tickets cannot be reissued if lost.

Wait List for Additional Tickets:
Students can sign up on a waiting list to request two additional tickets as part of your intial order for the Commencement Ceremony. Please note this does not guarantee additional tickets since accommodating these requests is subject to venue seating capacity. You will be informed via email by May 15th if your request for extra tickets can be filled. There will be a ticketing service to issue tickets the day of the event.

Accessible Seating
The Harris Center is accessible to guests with special needs. Accessible seating locations are available for guests in wheelchairs or with limited mobility in all theaters. Wireless Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available for check-out at the Kirklin Coat Check Room located in the first floor lobby. To assist our staff in serving you, please make arrangements with the Ticket Office prior to the ceremony - ideally, when placing your ticket order.
