Ticket Ordering

TICKET ORDERING

Eligible students who sign up to participate in the Commencement Ceremony by the deadline of APRIL 26, 2018, will be sent an email with information for obtaining guest tickets.

There will be two windows for ticket ordering:

Window 1 - April 30-May 4: Initial Ticket Orders for Stage One (live ceremony held in Stage One) - pickup in FLC Welcome & Student Success Center, Aspen Hall (FL1) / GUEST TICKET PICK-UP HOURS ARE MONDAY-THURSDAY, 8:30 AM-7:30 PM / FRIDAY, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM.

Window 2 - May 8-11: Release of extra/overflow seating tickets (seating in Stages Two and Three have live video feed of ceremony) - pick up in FLC Welcome & Student Success Center, Aspen Hall (FL1) - SEE WAIT LIST INFORMATION BELOW.  Pick-up hours are Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-7:30 PM / Friday, 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM.

Week of Ceremony - May 14-16:  Remaining tickets available in the Harris Center Ticket Office on first-come, first-served basis, starting the day of commencement @ 5 PM, May 17.  On Monday and Tuesday, if graduates will not be attending the ceremony, they will be asked to return unused tickets - for distribution on the 16th.

Guest Tickets:
The determination of the number of guest tickets for each graduate for Stage One will be made after the April 26th deadline - once it is known how many graduates will be participating.  It will be 2-4 guest tickets for Stage One per graduate, depending on sign-ups.  All attendees including children of any age will need a ticket in order to enter the Harris Center for the Arts.

IMPORTANT -
Graduates can request TWO-FOUR guest tickets, depending on determination made after the April 26 deadline.
If you will be using less than TWO guest tickets, please notify the Ticket Office upon initial order of tickets. They can be used as extra tickets for your fellow graduates who need additional tickets.


Eligible students who signed up by the April 26 deadline will be emailed with directions on securing their guest tickets.  There is no cost associated with the tickets. Although tickets are required, there is no reserved seating - seating will be on a first-come basis. Students who miss the April 26 deadline or the Phase 1 & 2 windows can make requests for consideration of tickets for the ceremony through the Ticket Office only (for the overflow Stage Two and Three seating).  Tickets cannot be reissued if lost.

Wait List for Additional Tickets:
Students can sign up on a waiting list to request two additional tickets as part of your initial order for the Commencement Ceremony. Please note this does not guarantee additional tickets since accommodating these requests is subject to venue seating capacity. You will be informed via email on May 8th if your request for extra tickets can be filled.  The additional tickets may be in either Stage One, Two or Three - depending on # of grads walking and seating capacity.  Tickets will be issued in order of the date added to the wait list.

Accessible Seating
The Harris Center is accessible to guests with special needs. Accessible seating locations are available for guests in wheelchairs or with limited mobility in all theaters. Wireless Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available for check-out at the Kirklin Coat Check Room located in the first floor lobby. Please notify staff when picking up guest tickets that you need "accessible" or "companion" seating.
