FLC CalWORKs Forms & Resources

Continuing FLC CalWORKs Students:  Students who are continuing their participation in the CalWORKs program from the prior semester (Fall 2016) for both Sacramento County and El Dorado County, the FLC CalWORKs office will automatically send your Spring 2017 TANF/Aid Verification form and supporting documentation directly to the county worker assigned to your case.  Specifically, Sacramento County DHA will not accept or complete verfication forms that are hand-delivered by any continuing CalWORKs student.  The CalWORKs office will send the forms to the assigned county on behalf of our continuing students starting Tuesday, January 3, 2017, pending a student's final grades for the Fall 2016 semester.

New Students (individuals wishing to join the CalWORKs program effective Spring 2017): We are excited to support you!  Please download the Spring 2017 TANF/Aid Verification form or pick up a copy from one of our three sites.  Please make sure that you use only the Spring 2017 TANF/Aid Verification form which needs to be signed and stamped by your county worker as proof of eligibility in the month of January 2017 or thereafter for Spring 2017, before any textbook or enrollment verification services can be rendered for this semester.
