How to Apply for EOPS/CARE

    1. Pick up an application (available from the EOPS/CARE offices at each campus or print one from our forms page located on this website).
    2. Be sure to fill out the Board of Governor's Fee Waiver (BOG) application (available from the Financial Aid office).
    3. Take the English and Math assessment tests.
    4. Be sure to see a counselor and ask for an Education Plan for EOPS/CARE admission.
    5. Turn in the application packet which includes the following:
      • The one page application.
      • A copy of your high school and/or college transcripts.
      • A copy of your assessment results.
      • A copy of your BOG "A" or "B" Fee Waiver.
      • A copy of your Student Ed Plan (SEP) created with a counselor.

      ** Important: These documents are required and applications will not be accepted if items are missing.
    6. Once you are admitted, attend a required EOPS intake appointment.
