Folsom Lake College, as part of the Los Rios Community College District, will disburse financial aid funds to students with the assistance of HigherOne. Department Mission Statement:

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive range of financial resources that will assist students to meet their educational cost and academic goals.

Department Student Learning Outcomes: 

Students will apply content of loan entrance and exit sessions and receive a student loan.

Students will apply and receive Board of Governors’’ (BOG) fee waivers.

Students on financial aid probation or dismissal will participate in the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) workshop and receive information regarding factors which impacts their eligibility for financial aid and steps to take to prevent probation and dismissal.
