Loan Exit Counseling

All Students who received a loan must complete a Mandatory Online Loan Exit Counseling Workshop.  The loan exit counseling will provide valuable counseling and important information regarding repayment, deferment, and default prevention.

Please go to the following website to conduct your on-line exit counseling:

www.nslds.ed.gov

You will need your FAFSA pin to complete the loan exit counseling. Be sure to choose Folsom Lake College (School Code 038713) when asked, otherwise the FLC Financial Aid Office will not receive confirmation that you completed the requirement.

ALL LOAN RECIPIENTS MUST COMPLETE THE LOAN EXIT COUNSELING UPON WITHDRAWING, DROPPING BELOW HALF-TIME, OR TRANSFERRING FROM FOLSOM LAKE COLLEGE.

Failure to complete the Loan Exit Counseling may result in the delay of your upcoming financial aid processing.
