New Student Orientation

Congratulations on choosing Folsom Lake College (FLC)! 

It is important that you complete the New Student Steps to Success to ensure you are prepared for your first semester! After completing Step 1: Los Rios Application and receiving your Los Rios Student ID Number, you will be ready to complete Step 2: Orientation.

Student have two options for completing the Orientation: 

1. IN PERSON: Folsom Lake College On-the-Ground Orientation

BENEFITS of completing IN PERSON Orientation:

    • RECEIVE a FLC Survival Kit, including a copy of the New Student Survival Guidebook
    • TOUR the FLC Campus
    • CONNECT with other incoming students and peer mentors
    • MEET college faculty and staff
    • LEARN about FLC's academic programs and majors
    • GET TO KNOW the many services and resources available to you!
