CalWORKs is a state funded Welfare to Work program designed to help individuals on public assistance become self-sufficient. The Folsom Lake Center and El Dorado Center CalWORKs Program is working together with other community agencies to provide comprehensive services that promote self-sufficiency as well as lifelong learning. Our CalWORKs team of professionals are eager to assist students in successfully gaining access to the workforce and a new career. Many support services are also available to help ensure a successful transition to the workforce.
