What is EOPS?
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) at Folsom Lake Center and El Dorado Center offers an academic support program for students who are educationally and economically disadvantaged. Its goal is to help students be successful in college. To this end, the EOPS Program offers comprehensive assistance to ensure that students meet their educational objectives.

How Do I Apply for EOPS?
Submit the documents listed below. Return the completed application package to the EOPS office, Student Services Support Building at Folsom Lake College or the EOPS office in Student Services at El Dorado Center, or the main office at Rancho Cordova Center.
- Completed & signed EOPS application
- Copy of Folsom Lake College transcript and /or other college transcripts (if applicable)
- Copy of current semester enrollment (12 or more units)
- Copy of English & Math/ESL Assessment Scores
- Copy of Student Educational Plan (SEP)
- Copy of Board of Governors Waiver (BOGW) "A" or "B" receipt
- Untaxed income verification form (If you are applying for C.A.R.E.)
