Off-Campus Database Access Request    

Note: A valid Library Barcode Number and Library PIN are required for off-campus access. Distance students who have no on-campus classes may apply for their library barcode number for database access using this form.

If you are taking any on-campus classes, you must go to the Library/Computer Center to obtain your access card. If you already have an Access Card, DO NOT USE THIS FORM.  

Additional services including the Regional Transit Pass and printing services require obtaining a physical Student Access Card at the Folsom Lake College Library/Computer Center.
