Many students have difficulty finding the balance between casual and complex language when it comes to writing essays. In this workshop, we will be discussing how to navigate tone and use concise, accessible phrasing when you write academic papers. Feel free to bring a sample paragraph from an essay that you are working on so we can find the right tone for your assignment.
