Relationships 101 will be diving intp the topics of unhealthy and abusive relationships, sexual assault, and mental health. We will be discussing how to recognize and navigate relationships that are unhealthy and abusive and how you can kee yourself safe. We will also be explorng what healthy relatinships look like and how a healthy relationship may be different for people.
