You are invited to attend the following student performances at Folsom Lake College's Harris Center for the Arts this December:

Los Rios Colleges Foundation and FLC Dance Department present “Breakfast with the Sugar Plum Fairy and Her Friends”
Saturday, December 2, 10:00 am
This holiday season, treat the entire family to a magical experience at the Harris Center! Witness the delight in your child's or grandchild's eyes as they watch an exclusive dance performance by the Sugar Plum Fairy and her friends while enjoying a hearty pancake breakfast. After breakfast, mingle, get autographs, and take photos with the beloved characters from the "Nutcracker Reimagined!" Tickets are sold out. Note: A portion of each ticket goes back to the Harris Center for the Arts Fund which helps close the operational gap and support events like this.

FLC Vocal & Choral Program presents "Voice Recital"
Monday, December 4, 3:00 pm, Stage 3/Scott-Skillman Recital Hall
The recital will showcase the talents of the vocal students from Folsom Lake College. From classical art songs and Broadway to chart-topping pop hits, this program has it all! The solo works will highlight the unique voices and styles of each performer, while the art songs will transport the audience through various musical genres, from classical to contemporary. Get ready to experience this captivating afternoon of vocal music and witness emerging talent live! Tickets are $27.

FLC Dance & Music Departments present “Nutcracker Reimagined!”
Thursday, December 7, 6:00 pm, Stage 1
Blending iconic tradition with steampunk innovation, Folsom Lake College's Nutcracker Reimagined! featuring MOSAIC Dance Company and the FLC Falcon's Choir is a magical adventure into the Land of Sweets, following Clara through a diversity of dance styles set to FLC's live choir! Dance styles range from hip-hop to classical ballet, jazz to K-pop, and acrobatics. This is an enchanting experience the whole family can enjoy! Tickets are $23-$40.

FLC Youth Chamber Orchestra presents “Winter Concert”
Saturday, December 9, 7:00 pm, Stage 3/Scott-Skillman Recital Hall

This ensemble of young people ages 12-20 is one-of-a-kind and has gained recognition for its expressive and imaginative performances. From their choice of challenging repertoire, which spans from baroque to contemporary and from classical to jazz, to their unique concept of an orchestra of soloists allowing each young musician to have a chance in the spotlight, the FLC Youth Chamber Orchestra is sure to surprise and excite the audience! Tickets are $19.
